The Winchester Inn is looking for a part time assistant maintenance person who is able to do repairs and minor renovations, who is competent in a variety of small skills and is inventive or ingenious in repair or maintenance work. The work is mixed, such as painting a porch, cleaning the gutters, light plumbing, basic electric work . We are looking to find someone who is skilled at a wide range of repairs, these tasks include, repair work, maintenance work for both interior and exterior. This position would be for 25- 30 hours a week.
