Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contractor Consultant who brings knowledge in construction, project quoting, and client relations. This role is ideal for someone with contracting experience looking to transition from on-site work to a consultative position, leveraging their expertise in a less physically demanding capacity. The Consultant will play a critical role in our team, providing accurate job quotes, estimating timelines, and advising on material costs.

Responsibilities:

-Provide detailed quotes for various contracting projects, including labor and material costs.

-Estimate project timelines accurately, ensuring realistic expectations are set with clients.

-Offer expertise in selecting the best materials for specific jobs, considering budget, durability, and client preference.

-Assist in the sales process by advising potential clients on service options and project scopes.

-Collaborate with project managers and the sales team to ensure proposals are competitive and comprehensive.

-Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and new technologies to continually enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

-Experience in the contracting industry with a deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation.

-Contractor's license is preferred but not required.
