City: Portland, OR
Schedule: M – F 7:45am-4:15pm
Compensation: $21 hr.
Who We Are:
Our client is an analytical laboratory that performs independent lab testing and provides inspection services. Through analytical testing, they have been committed to global food and health safety for 30 years. They test pesticides, genetically modified organisms, and nutrition.
What You’ll Do:
The Office Administrator welcomes clients, prospects, and vendors, promotes a fun and warm workplace for employees, and operates an organized and efficient office to achieve the company’s mission and objectives.
Reception
Manage company facilities (i.e. ordering supplies, organize/maintain office, and breakroom, etc.)
Order lab supplies
Verify invoices
Arrange facility related services
Other duties as assigned by HR Manager

What You Need to Have:
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Proficient with MS Office
Detail-oriented and Highly organized
Strives to improve existing systems, streamlining and increasing efficiency
Experience of successful client-facing roles including reception
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
At least one year of tenure with a previous employer.
