In addition to supporting our consultants you will also, after a suitable training period, begin face-to-face consulting on your own and helping us with business development.You must have experience doing these things in order to be considered:Handbooks, job descriptions, recruitment (job postings, screening interviews and scheduling on behalf of our clients), benefits administration, performance communication programs, onboarding and offboarding, compensation analysis, used an HRIS and ATS, and you love training and presenting workshops! You are an adaptable communicator and love working with a variety of people, in fact, no day is the same, and you love that.ÂLike all of us, you will share several hats for on going client communications and promoting HR Annie out in the communities we serve, utilizing your own HR networks and becoming involved in the community with HR Annie. You will also attend our weekly team meetings sharing your #HRisCool Moment of the week.ÂNo job is too big or too small for any of us, but we could definitely use someone who loves to jump in wherever needed for our team to succeed and our clients to be happy!
