We are looking for a FULL TIME REPAIR TECH to join our team. This job entails diagnosing roofing problems, presenting solutions to customers, and performing roof repairs. Applicants must have 5 years of roof repair experience and own reliable transportation.
In addition to performing common roof repairs, the following will be required at times:
-Light Carpentry
-Light Gutter Work
-Roof Cleaning and Maintenance
-Metal Roof Repair/Maintenance
-Flat roofing Repairs/Maintenance
-Skylight repairs
-Chimney flashing repairs
We offer:
Commission based pay. Our current repair tech grosses over $10k+ per month

Requirements:
Must HAVE ROOFING EXPERIENCE 5 years +
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have a valid Driver's license/ willing to drive in Washington/Oregon
Must have a truck to haul roofing materials
Must have tools
Must be 18 or over and drug free, we have a no tolerance drug policy
Must be tech proficient and able to email, use Microsoft word, and familiar with Google drive
Be able to work in all types of weather- we don't stop!
Be able to work from heights and comfortable on a ladder
Be able to work with our office staff to coordinate material orders, billing, and follow our company’s systems
Be able to work full time
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
