We currently have an open position in our firewood production facility. This is a full time role, with weekend and overtime hours possible. Ideal candidates will be safety conscious, dependable, hardworking, and able to excel in a team environment.
Will perform firewood bundling, with occasional firewood stacking and pallet wrapping. Can also involve bagging firewood kindling. Candidate must be able to stand and lift up to 25lbs and consistently stack product over an 8-10hr shift including repetitive twisting and bending. Will also perform clean up operations including shoveling, sweeping, blowing down of equipment, and other duties as assigned.
Working environment is primarily warehouse with seasonal temperature changes and moderate dust. Safety glasses and other required PPE are provided. Our dress code does NOT allow for shorts, loose fitting clothing or open toed shoes.
Normal working hours are between 6:00am and 2:30pm Monday-Friday depending on production schedule. Occasionally operate 10hr days and/or Saturdays as required.
