Hollmeyer Hvac and Mechanical is hiring for a well rounded, self motivated team player to grow with our rapidly expanding company. Our mission is to provide unmatched service excellence and accountability, the customers satisfaction and trust is our primary goal.
Our main area of focus is service/maintenance/projects/installation on commercial buildings and industrial facilities with all types of equipment including gas packs, split systems, heat pumps, exhaust/make up air systems, building automated control systems, boilers, chillers, VFD's, pumps, boxcar units, vav and fpb boxes, vrf systems etc in the hvac related trade. We do not work with refrigeration but will happily accept resumes from technicians with that background. We aim to provide a low stress working environment where our employees know how much they are valued. The vast majority of our work is Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4:00 with after hours service calls being extremely rare. With our specialized approach to preventative maintenance tasking we catch repair items before they cause an unplanned service call. The customers we have appreciate what we do and are eager to work with us. Projects sizes are less than $100k and mostly design build.
Job duties
Responsible for servicing and maintaining customers equipment and facilities to a higher standard than our competitors.
Able to troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration circuits.
Layout out and execute small jobs including piping, ducting, wiring etc.
Coordinate with internal team and customer on scheduling, job/material/vendor needs, etc.
Exercising and maintaining a positive relationship with customers, vendors and team members with a high level of communication skills.
Perform work as directed.
Be open to sharing your knowledge and learning from your team.
Ensure excellence in your work and in those around you per industry standards.
Possess an ability to work well in the digital world. All of our paperwork is digital and we use several apps in or day to day processes.
Requirements
Formal technical training program in the HVAC trade
Must comply with safe work practices
EPA Certification
Limited energy class B license holder or capable of getting. Possession or capable of Class 3 boiler license a plus.
Team player
Posses a positive attitude
Able to lift 100 pounds
Ability to climb ladders and work in close spaces
Clean Driving Record
Benefits
$25 to $45 per hour depending on experience.
