Hiring for SKILLED INDUSTRIAL WELDERS!MUST HAVES:MIG WeldingBlueprintsFabricating SUMMARY Lays out, fits, and welds fabricated, cast, and forged components to assemble structural forms such as machinery frames and parts by performing the following duties.-Responsible for cleaning parts before fabrication of parts-Responsible for fabrication per print-Responsible for checking and verifying the quality, size, and spacing of all final welds, location of cross beams, supports and wall locations.-Responsible for cleanup of slag, weld splatter, tack and bracing-Working knowledge of MIG welding process with emphasis on weld-out and excellent fabrication.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.-Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding.-Layout, position, align, and fit components together.-Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts into secure position for welding.-Set up equipment and weld parts, using arc, gas-shielded arc, -Assembles parts by bolting and riveting.-Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.-Non-repetitive Welding - Not on a production line and will be welding different parts any given hour-Keeps work area neat, clean and organized.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
