ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Manager will be responsible for successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and for, but not limited to, quality assurance, productivity accountability, project financials, and document control. They will serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Thorough understanding contract/bid documents for complete project scope execution.
Total project leadership and communication with foreman.
Profit and loss accountability, including but not limited to: billing, cost projections, labor analysis and change order management.
Document control, including but not limited to: show drawing coordination, submittals, contract document updates and project status photos
Material purchasing
Subcontract management
Ability to create cost estimates to clients for potential changes to the scope of work.
Qualifications
5+ years project management experience.
Proficient in MS Office suite.
Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to operate independently with minimal direction.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Must perform work in a safe manner.
