ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviews project proposals and/or plans to determine time frame, funding limitation, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of the project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
Suggest methods, materials and tooling modifications per procedure.
Sample and debug prototype and production tooling per procedure.
Implementation of new molds, system improvement, and experimental designs.
Interface with all departments (ie: Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Package Development, Customer Service, General Management) as required.
Analyzes production capabilities and standards.
