Description We are offering a short-term contract opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to work at a dynamic College University based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will primarily provide administrative support for various recruitment programs and job postings, while ensuring smooth communication with employers and students. The role as a Human Resources Coordinator operates within a fully remote setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for all recruitment programs and job postings, ensuring they are efficiently managed and monitored. Troubleshoot day-of concerns and provide as-needed support to staff, students, and employers. Promote exceptional employer experience through timely communications. Assist with employer registrations and the application process for students participating in these programs. Handle tech-related, administrative, and logistical questions from employers and students. Assist with job posting and resume collection processes for students and alumni, including timely technical troubleshooting and responsive communications. Assist with the virtual interview technology, including managing vendor communication and answering student and employer questions. Utilize skills in college recruiting, human resources administration, applicant track system, and administrative assistance to efficiently perform duties and responsibilities.Requirements Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role Proven experience in college recruiting Proficiency in Human Resources Administration Familiarity with Applicant Track Systems Prior experience in providing Administrative Assistance Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Sound knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred Certification in Human Resources such as PHR, SPHR and SHRM-CP is a plus.Please contact Hayley Master at 215.568.4580 about this amazing opportunity and reference Job #03720-0012976031Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
