We are looking to hire a floating manager that covers the store managers day off at different locations. Based off of experience we have a strong salary that is complimented by an incentive program that rewards consistency. A strong manager with the unique ability to not work Saturdays and have a strong income is almost an oxy-moron in this industry but with 5 strong locations having a strong floating manager is vital to our continued success.

If you have worked in this industry, then like us you have met some "master techs" who don't know what SRS stands for. You have also met some counter professionals with no understanding of CSI. We are looking for a long term, career oriented team member and not a warm body that is going to rotate out after 3-5 months. A true Counter Professional understands balancing driving sales and CSI and coupled with the appropriate facility, Technicians and ownership driving the business there is a lot of money to be made. With 7 years of consecutive growth and no plans of stopping the trend, job security is not an issue.
