The right candidate for the Executive Chef role will have a strong culinary background and be passionate about food and the guest experience. We want an innovative, quality driven leader with a passion for authentic, creative cuisine!
In addition to advanced culinary skills this individual must have experience in cost controls with the ability to budget and coordinate staff in high volume environment. This individual must be able to take full ownership and responsibility for all culinary operations of a multi-million-dollar establishment. Experience in labor and food cost controls as well as budgeting, financial analysis and menu engineering is essential to this position. Other responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

This individual must have a healthy progression from Sous Chef to Executive Chef. Must have at least 3 years experience as an Executive Chef including a background of at least 2-3 years experience as Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
Culinary Arts degree preferred, but we will hire candidates with exceptional experience.
