Am outgoing detailed result driven candidate sought for a performance based sales position.

Primary Responsibilities

Membership Consultant’s primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales monthly goals.

Additional responsibilities include promoting & modeling the club on social media, publicly and to the community.

Assisting with customer service, business networking, corporate accounts and forming new relationships helping prospective members.

Forming new relationships developing new corporate accounts.

Developing and maintaining with current members on a name to name basis.

Determining a prospects goals & motivation through a thorough needs analysis.

Being knowledgable of all products and programs and building value in VP Fitness's brand.

Performing all basic system transactions pertaining to billing and contracts.

Being responsive to member feedback and complaints and working towards timely and effective resolutions.

Demonstrates Genuine Relevance :

Actively facilitates self and team member development; constantly seeking new ways to build new skills and competency: Elevates the brand experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

College degree or working towards a degree in business, sales & marketing, or related

Prior sales experience preferred.

Ability to deal with pressure in meeting sales quota.

Excellent listening and verbal skills.

Ability to build relationships with members and new guest.

Ability to multi-task and learn quickly.

Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner.
