Description:-Candidates will be working in a machine shop on CNC machines
-Experience working with tolerances +/- 1/10
-responsible for setups and changeovers on CNC machines
-7-axis CNC lathes
-CNC brands: Anca, Walter, Rollomatic 7-axis
-high-level CNC operator
-Candidates will be creating tooling for customers' CNC machines

Experience as a CNC operator or CNC Machinist specifically with cutting tools (if not that then entry level exp that can grow within the company)
-minimum of 2 years of setup experience
-not just a "button pusher" role so need to understand the workings of the CNC and how to troubleshoot on their own
-need to be trainable and willing to learn - custom orders so can take 3 years to learn all the different orders that are handled in the shop
