Comply with all safety standards and regulations provided by the Company, StateandFederal Government agencies.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment for a safeandproductive work environment.
Provide sound technical support to improve equipment availability.
Perform Predictive/Preventative Maintenance to maintain safety and decrease downtimeofequipment.
Determine spare parts requirements and make recommendations for equipment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
High School diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent.
Associates degree in a technical field or five (5) years’ experience in related technical area.
Meet all Essential Skills and Experience requirements for a Manufacturing Technician Level I, II and III.
Strong communication, leadership and coaching skills.
