La Quinta Inn -Lookout Mountain is Seeking a part-time or full-time Front desk clerk for 1st and 2nd shift,3rd Shift positions. Part-time position available (2-3 days a week) with the potential to pick up additional shifts. Flexible availability in scheduling is a must! Weekends and holidays are required as the hotel is a 24/7/365 business.
Experience: Previous experience is plus but not necessary.
Must be able to provide excellent guest service. Basic Computer Skills.
Must know the area attractions and be able to give directions and recommendations
Responsibilities and Duties:
Our Front Desk associates are responsible for assisting our guests at the hotel from making a reservation to providing a warm welcome to each guest as they check-in, assisting with any concerns during the stay and always looking for opportunities to go above and beyond to WOW our guest! please call 423-284-4337 or Walk In.
