Objective:
Provide quality service work on assigned work orders in an economical, cost-effective manner
Goal-driven approach to work order completion, safety and quality control, preventative maintenance, and continuous process improvement.
Be detailed oriented
Be able to follow instructions of Lead Technicians
Must know Golden Sands policy, procedures, and Safety plan.
Provide quality service to corporate customers
Essential Function:
Self-performance of various trades such as but not limited to; drywall, painting, concrete, millwork, doors, hardware, flooring, windows and any/all work as assigned by Facility Service Manager.
Perform Quality work within deadlines with direct supervision.
Work safely themselves and help their teammates work safely;
Understand how to walk a job or project and create an estimate and schedule of work utilizing the resources provided.
Ability to communicate effectively to client, coworkers, coordinators and management.
Ability to reach out to vendors, and qualify scopes of work and bids.
Must have a basic understanding of all vendor trades, enough to know to ask the right questions when qualifying a vendors bid, or the ability to rely on managers for help in qualifying bids.
Supervises any subcontractors needed
Basic understanding of Excel and Outlook.
Be detailed oriented
Be able to follow instructions of Lead Technicians
Must know Golden Sands policy, procedures, and Safety plan.
Be able to complete Site Surveys
Be able to complete WOC, CC, CLC Reports, and Expense Reports
This is the entry-level for all new hires and must work as a level 1 tech before tech is eligible to move to level 2
Perform all basic tech functions
