Wanted for North Americas largest wood industry equipment dealer to partner with Sales & Marketing. You will act as an Onsite Manager/Coordinator, cataloging sales and preparing for auction sales held nationwide and online.
DUTIES
Research, verify and compile data and information
Assign valuations, create condition reports with descriptions and pictures
Assist with Social Media marketing
Ensure marketing commitments, press releases and catalog layout deadlines are met on time
Be instrumental in the Consignment Process
Secure Client Approval
Site Setup, Organization, Staging and Breakdown. Includes recruiting and supervising employees
Work auctions as needed
Any other duties to be done by Management
QUALIFICATIONS
College degree
2+ year Supervisory experience
Travel required
Heavy Equipment, Lumber or Wood Industry background and the ability to operate equipment
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
Self-driven efficient multitasker with good organizational skills
Excel in customer service and be detail-oriented
Good writing skills with neat handwriting
Computer proficient
Strong interpersonal communication skills, work ethic and integrity
