Warren Oil is looking for detail oriented, dependable staff for the position of Rework Line Operator. A Rework Line Operator is responsible for assuring finished product meet or exceeds specifications by ensures proper fill weights are maintained and products are placed in the proper containers, while handling damaged product and maintaining safety standards.Â

Responsibilities:
- Operating the filler for 4 lbs. tub, 1 lbs. tub, 14 oz. cartridge, and 3 oz. cartridges
- Daily reporting and recording of damage containers, production yields number of packaged finished products, and
potential maintenance related issues.Â
- Accurate data on batch tickets and production worksheet
- Abide by all regulations regarding personal protective equipment
- Report any unsafe acts or conditions
- Report spills or leaks that could cause an accident or effect the environment
- Assist with reclaiming and reworking of all leaky and/or damaged productsÂ
- Communicate daily job needs to Rework SupervisorÂ
- Assist with housekeeping to maintain safe work environmentÂ
- Load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting deviceÂ
- Report spills, leaks, etc.Â
- Ensure quality and integrity of rework materialsÂ
- Abide by all regulations regarding personal protective equipment
Candidate Requirements:
- High School Diploma/ GED required
- Forklift experience or certification preferred
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret instructions given verbally and in written form
- Proven basic algebra skills
- Public speaking and presentation skills a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment
