Conduct Foundry Training execution at the Ft. Hood Foundry Site:
Conduct training and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
Develop, organize, and conduct training and educational programs for approved personnel.
Establish and review course content and objectives for a well-integrated and unified OSINT training program.
Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
Update course documentation on a regular basis for timeliness and relevance.
Provide innovative learning solutions and apply industry best practices to address unique training challenges.
Provide research and recommend new training, educational, and multimedia technologies.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
Describe the capabilities and limitations of current and future PAI/CAI collection and exploitation technologies.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelors Degree and 9+ years of experience, Masters Degree and 7+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 4+ years of experience
TS/SCI Clearance
Ability to plan, develop, and implement technical product training programs for customers, employees, and field support personnel, including standard repeatable modules, customized modules, and new product modules.
Knowledge of customer and technical organizations, engineering, software, and product requirements to prepare training programs.
Skills to prepare lesson plans and training materials; design product demonstrations; develop course content; determine methodology; and coordinate the development of training aids.
Skills to conduct training sessions, conduct product demonstrations, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
