Bryans on 290 is growing and we need talented chefs that want to break away from the city and move to the beautiful hill country surrounded by endless amounts of wineries. We work with many wineries hosting food and wine pairing dinners as well as our 6 years and going Tuesday night tasting menu our menu changes every week. We need two sous chefs to work hand and hand with myself the chef Owner creating the 5 and 7 course meals for nightly service to be held in our new winemaker and chef private dining room.

I am the Chef/Owner of Bryans on 290 in Johnson city. I am looking for seasoned chefs. Must have butchering skills, smoking of meats techniques, and a love for all items from the fire. Strong professional line cooking skills a must.
