Our head coach needs someone to work with her side-by-side to support her current and future clients.
This could include things like managing emails, texts, social media accounts, phone calls, shipping out product, scheduling, etc. We need someone who can wear many hats and is not aboveĀ any particular task. Since were growing so fast we need someone whos not afraid to help wherever its needed. This might even include running errands to support our head coach.
Eventually as we hire on more people you will have lots of opportunities to grow.
The right person is friendly, empathetic, outgoing, has integrity, is punctual, and is a self-starter. We need someone who can see the end goal and find ways to get there without being micro-managed. This is not a place for someone who likes the same boring routine everyday. We need someone who wants to come to work excited to tackle the next challenge so we can reach and help more people.
We are looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with us long-term.
As we hunt for a new office you may need to operate out of our home office. There may even be some opportunity to work remotely if desired. But eventually we will settle into an office setting.
At first it will be part time, but QUICKLY moving to full time as we get you trained.
We are currently located in the Highland, the Lehi/Draper area.
