Are you looking for a part-time, fully remote opportunity in a company with total flexibility to work how you want, when you want, for however long you want, while getting fully rewarded for your results?

We are Kendall Staffing, and your search can stop here. Were a legitimate recruiting firm who just signed two key accounts including Amazon (yes, THAT Amazon). So, after 5 years of being a well-regarded boutique, we are entering growth mode.

To be clear, this opportunity is not for everyone, but we take pride in hiring the best people and giving you the tools to succeed. If you work best in a self-directed environment and take pride at being good at what you do, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU.

Core traits / skills:

1) Understanding what you dont know in regards to the relevant job opportunities / industry

2) Being able to teach yourself the necessary information using whatever means available (e.g., Wikipedia, friends etc)

3) Being able to put yourself in other peoples shoes and understand why they might be interested in these specific opportunities

4) Crafting appropriate outreach emails

5) Being a strong listener on the phone so that people trust you with their professional livelihood

6) Being responsive / organized in terms of following up

No cold calling involved, but lots of cold messaging through LinkedIn.

No prior recruiting experience necessary, we will train you as best as we can. If youre good at this, youll make over $50 / hour in the long term (e.g., upwards of $3-5K per placement), if not well know within 3 months. That said, we obviously want everyone to succeed, everyone wins when that happens.

One important caveat “ THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY opportunity and recruiting is an unpredictable industry. While the money and fulfillment can be very good, its unpredictable enough that we dont encourage you to use this position as your primary source of income. Again this is a fully remote opportunity.
