Upper Valley Haven is seeking multiple Associate Site Managers for our temporary recovery shelter for people experiencing homelessness and the effects of COVID-19. This project is in collaboration with the state of Vermont and will be supported by many health and social service organizations in the Upper Valley.

These staff will be responsible for creating and managing a health recovery environment based on the concept of choices, and the four principals of respect, communication, safety and wellness. Associate Site Managers will be on site to manage admissions, discharges, vendor arrivals, and to ensure the policies and protocols are followed by guests and staff. They will provide support to guests including assisting with telehealth appointments that are scheduled by the health support staff and/or service coordinator. They are responsible for documentation of events on their shift and for greeting and assisting incoming guests of the program, staff, vendors, and volunteers on campus. Associate Site Managers are accountable to ensuring the environment is safe, clean, and welcoming.

Associate Managers are part of an overall team of professionals at the Recovery Center who work with the guests. They are responsible for communicating with Service Coordinators and other staff. They are expected to attend team meetings and regular clinical supervision as part of their professional development. Recovery Center staff abide by all policies and protocols of the Upper Valley Haven Recovery Center and support the mission and values of the Upper Valley Haven and represent those values in all their interactions with others.

We are seeking second shift, third shift and weekend coverage: both full-time and part-time positions available. Immediate start date: expected to be a three-month assignment but flexibility is needed.
