Job Description
Location: Multiple sites spread from Shelburne to Winooski, with one site in St. Albans. Home office and supply warehouse is located in Williston, VT
Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30pm-2:00am (Some weekends and afternoons may be required)
Job Requirements:
- Train New Employees: Must be able to set performance standards and monitor performance. Ability to coach, mentor, and help employees improve their knowledge or skills.
- Strong Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate in person, on the phone and through email. Must be able to communicate information quickly and accurately.
- Administrative Activities: Must be able to perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, payroll, and processing paperwork.
-Customer Service: Must be able to provide quality customer service. This includes assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards, and communicating with customers.
-Organization: Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
-Strong Computer Skills: Must be able to proficiently use a smart phone and computer
-Ability to Travel: Must be willing and able to travel. Mileage and company vehicle available for use.

This is a supervisory position that reports to the Vermont Area Manager. Responsible for managing the cleaning activities of evening employees in your area to ensure clean and satisfactory accounts. Inspects completed work and corrects customer complaints in a timely manner. Responsible for ordering, distributing supplies and taking inventory at multiple accounts. Must be able to perform cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staffing shortage.
