Shift: Monday through Friday, 12pm-8pm.

Weekly wage: $21.84/hour.

Essential Functions:

Perform all tasks and functions related to operating and cleaning filling equipment.

Operate and clean multiple high-speed filling machines in a sanitary, efficient, and effective manner.

Operate Bottle Feed equipment to maintain efficiencies.

Complete paperwork as per government regulations and HP Hood requirements.

Safely operate all assigned equipment following JHA requirements.

Consistently meet production quotas.

Comply with all policies and guidelines outlined for production and sanitation processes.

Participate in cross-training efforts to maximize departmental efficiency.

Work in a cooperative manner with managers, supervisors, and peers.

Job Requirements:

Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Able to demonstrate knowledge of safety areas reviewed in the safety orientation program.

Must be able to adapt to changing production schedules as necessary.

Execute assigned duties with minimal supervision.

Available for required overtime to support business needs and/or critical situations.

Perform assigned duties satisfactorily and promptly.

Perform assigned duties following "Good Manufacturing Practices".

Actively participate in special teams representing the production department.

Maintain a clean & safe work environment.

Perform all other related duties as assigned.

SQF Requirements:

Support SQF by maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner.

Support biosecurity and GMP measures.

Maintaining the master sanitation schedule.

Maintaining the cleaning and sanitation programs.

Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.

Backup: other Machine Operators/Filler Operators.

General Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

English Reading and writing proficiency, ability to identify colors.

Basic math skills.

Ability to work well in a team.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Forklift certification preferred.

Employees must be able to:

Lift up to 60lbs. repetitively but not for an entire shift.

Walk, bend, lift, twist, reach, lean over, pull, push, stoop, and stand on concrete floor regularly and for long periods.

Tolerate wet, hot, steamy work environment and loud noise.
