We are looking for enthusiastic CNAs and PCAs to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be flexible. Responsibilities: Provide patient care and assistance with daily activities. Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Monitor patient's vital signs and report any changes to the medical staff. Assist with personal hygiene needs of the patient. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff. Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient. Qualifications and Skills: CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons. Proof of current TB testing Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position Must have available reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance Must possess excellent communication skills Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable Pass a criminal background check Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule: 4,6,8,10,12 hour shifts available Day shift Evening shift Every other weekend (Required) Location(s): Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania/Culpeper/Front Royal & surrounding areas
