Responsibilities: Provide patient care and assistance with daily activities. Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Monitor patient's vital signs and report any changes to the medical staff. Assist with personal hygiene needs of the patient. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff. Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient. Qualifications and Skills: CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.
