Crew Leader

Virginia Lawns is looking to hire crew leaders. Ideal applicants will have 2-3 years lawn care experience with a reputable company. Landscaping experience is ideal as well. We are looking to hire both maintenance and landscape foremans. Applicants with the following fields of experience are desired to apply as well: Fertilization techs, Tree Care, Concrete, foundation repair, construction, mechanics, heavy equipment operators etc. Pay is based off experience level. Starting pay is $18 per hour and up based on experience. You can easily make $40-$50 k a year as a crew leader with this company.
Crew helper
Desired applicants.
Virginia Lawns is looking to hire crew helpers/laborers for the 2023 lawn care season. Ideal applicants will have 1 year in the lawn care/tradesmen industry with a reputable company. Starting pay for helpers is $15 an hour and up. Applicants with a valid drivers license can qualify for more pay.

Requirements
1. Must have a valid drivers license.
2. Must be able to provide proof of experience in the industry.
3. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
4. Applicant is required to perform a in person interview.
5. Applicant must pass a pre hiring background check
6. Applicant is required to be on time and ready to work on every work day
7. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
