What is a FOH Manager? A FOH Manager is a unique member of our team that acts the floor manager for 4+ shifts/week. During those particular shifts, you will receive a competitive hourly wage + bi-weekly tips. For the remainder of your shifts, you will serve with the compensation being minimum wage + all earned tips. It is the perfect stepping-stone into restaurant management, especially in a growing company!

Bar experience a plus
Knowledgeable about food, wine, beer, and spirits

Minimum Requirements:
At least 21 years of age.
Minimum 2 years serving/bartending experience
Maintains a current state alcohol serving permit (bar and server) and a food handlers permit
Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including lunches, weekends and some holidays.
Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds.
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
