Red Oak Architecture is looking for a Project Manager with 6-10 years of experience in a variety of project types to join our small firm. Experience the joys of working at a small firm including working directly with all members of the project team, getting experience in many aspects of the field, and the opportunity to really make a difference.

Here's what we need:

- A degree in architecture.

- 6-10 years' experience in the field, including at least 3 years project managing.

- Skills in managing projects through all phases of design - from pre-design through construction and close out.

- Builds a professional relationship as they communicate and collaborate (both verbally and written) with all team members.

- Tracks project budgets, schedules, and scope of work in the process of creating deliverables.

- Experience expressing their design thoughts in 2D and 3D; and can follow, interpret, question, and build-up the design thoughts of others.

- Experience working with jurisdictions and consultants in submitting and resubmitting for zoning and building permits.

- Experience putting together various design phase documents in Revit and other software. Knowing FormIt Pro or SketchUp is plus.

- Experience with MS Office.

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Serif Affinity is a plus.
