Senior and disabled property looking for a hard working maintenance tech or supervisor
must be willing to travel a short distance between properties and stores if needed.
-2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field
-Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical
-Valid driver license
-Basic tool knowledge
Required Experience/items
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician
Drivers License, reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance
Basic set of personal tools
Pass a background check
Perform routine maintenance tasks
such as basic drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
-Respond promptly to emergency repair and resident/management requests
-Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues
-Document and report maintenance activities and repair needs
-Communicate effectively with property Managers, residents and office team
