MasterCraft Seattle is looking to fill the position of sales consultant at our Redmond, WA location. Our location serves the Western Washington boating community and we carry premier brands such as MasterCraft, Soulcraft, Ronix, Radar, OneWheel, and others. Key Roles:
Consulting individuals/families with the process of purchasing a boat
Conducting test drives and demonstrations on all models
Following up with leads in a timely manner
Adhere to MasterCraft Seattles sales processes
Utilize and maintain customer information with the CRM system (Salesforce)
Greeting customers and developing relationships
Answering the phone
Assisting in the pro shop when necessary
Requirements:
2+ Years of retail sales or equivalent
Proven sales history
Experience with CRM
Outstanding communication skills
Boating industry experience is preferred
