LocalTel Communications is now accepting resumes for a full time Service Representative in our Professional Services department. Applicant will be responsible for effectively scheduling and monitoring the needs of new and existing LocalTel Communications business customers.
Qualified candidates must possess exceptional problem solving skills, and strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They must be dependable and possess excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and be able to adapt and learn quickly.
Excellent customer service and computer skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment are essential for this position. Benefits will be offered within 60-90 days of employment. EOE.
