Management Requirements:
Management experience-minimum 2 years
Excellent communication skills
Basic accounting knowledge
Able to manage Deli foodservice
Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards for all hourly positions.
Must be able to obtain and maintain: Serv Safe Certification, among other certifications
Responsibilities include:
Managing operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision making, staff support, customer interaction, scheduling, planning, while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness. Ensuring proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, customers and company assets.
