At West were known for providing sales/service solutions to many Fortune 500 companies. Our employees work in various departments on behalf of these organizations. A Customer Solutions Specialist is the first point of contact for Wests clients and we sell/service the products they are known for.
This is what you'll do:
Take Inbound calls from business owners who have questions or concerns about an existing product
Use critical thinking to solve any concerns customers have
Understand business practices to make relevant suggestions for additional services
Provide exceptional service to all
