Responsibilities
Help generate new customer leads through social media engagement and provide input on creative content for monthly advertisements
Work to convert existing leads into appointments through regular customer follow up
Schedule customer appointments and respond in a timely manner to customer credit applications, phone calls and questions
Help guide customers through the credit application and budgeting process; assist in application scoring and credit decisions
Assist in evaluating trade vehicles for attractiveness and help develop auction wish lists
Complete all deal-related paperwork and delivery of vehicle
Maintain all necessary manufacturer certifications and training
Merchandising: snow removal, lot appearance, lot maintenance, vehicle pictures, keeping websites up to date and accurate
Requirements:
Previous dealership experience is a huge plus
Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
Have quality customer service skills
Possess strong communication skills
Must have a clean & valid driver's license
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
