We are looking for Outdoor Sales Representatives who want to build a career with a top ranked Madison area Contractor. In business for over 8 years, we work throughout WI in areas with known storm damage and guide homeowners thru the insurance claim process, moving forward with repairs via insurance proceeds.
OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate leads: Canvas/network with homeowners in storm damage areas
Provide free damage inspections/assessments
Report damage assessment findings to homeowner
Review Performances credentials with homeowner
Explain the agreement between Performance and homeowner
Sign contingency agreement
Assist homeowners with filing their insurance claim
Outside Sales Representative must explain the entire claims process
Meet insurance adjuster to discuss the scope of damages
Turn insurance approved construction projects into the Performance Exteriors production team.
OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license & dependable vehicle required
Pass a background check
Required door knocking after storm damage.
Work nights and weekends when necessary.
Ability to lift/carry and/or push/pull 30+ pounds
An outgoing and friendly personality
Outside Sales Representative must act with a sense of urgency
Microsoft products, specifically Word & Excel experience preferred.
Possess the ability to multi-task
Strong customer-service orientation
A positive will to win attitude
A competitive spirit
Smart phone capable of handling APPS used for work.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills both written and oral, to assist clients, adjusters, and project estimators in a professional manner.
