Wylde Vacation Rentals is seeking a communications specialist. In this role, you will be communicating with our guests staying in one of the vacation rental properties that we manage. You will exclusively communicate with guests via direct messages (no phone calls).
Requirements:
Highly developed communication skills with perfect grammar
Friendly and outgoing
Eager to provide recommendations to guests
Able to address guests’ concerns in an empathetic, professional manner
Knowledge of Sedona and surrounding areas
Schedule:
Work remotely; internet connection required
Able to respond to messages within 15 minutes between 8 AM and 8 PM
Typically one to two hours of total messaging time throughout the day
Currently seeking 3 days of availability per week
Pay:
Approximately $60/day
Daily pay increases with each new listing under management
