Established bar in downtown Flagstaff looking to expand kitchen operations with the addition of two BOH staff. This is a Mexican inspired cuisine restaurant inside of a bar.
The prep cook position will be about 15-20 hours a week. This job will include: Prepping food for the PM, daily cleaning tasks, and occasionally cooking for the afternoon guests. This is a very low stress position that is ideal for those just looking for some easy extra income.
The lead line cook position will be about 20-25 hours a week. This job will be more focused on preparing and cooking food for guests in the bar. This just is ideal for those that like a speedy kitchen that they get to run by themselves.
