Job Description
Join our team as a Construction Laborer where you will be working in a fast-paced environment, moving heavy machinery and performing general labor tasks. This role involves using various rigging equipment to install process tools and pedestals in a clean room environment, maintaining a cleanliness standard that exceeds a hospital operating room. You will transport delicate equipment in an operational clean room factory with extremely tight clearances while adhering to all OSHA and customer safety standards.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Disassembling tools and working on the dock, which can involve hot conditions as it's an open area.
The work site is a new construction site and currently has no paved roadways.
There are 60-hour work weeks with 10-12 hours days, sometimes extending to 13-14 hours, from 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Saturday.
Be prepared to walk a lot, averaging about 25,000 steps per day.
On your first day, you will go to our office in Chandler at 8am for an orientation and drug screen.
You will need to bring a 10" adjustable crescent wrench and minimum 16-foot tape measure on your first day on-site.

Work Environment
The work environment is a new construction site, primarily outdoors in potentially hot conditions. The site is unpaved and will involve a significant amount of walking. While indoors, there is no air conditioning. Be prepared for long work days and a physically demanding role.
