Position overview: Handling emergency and non-emergency calls, schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely and effective fire protection services
Duties and required skills:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is a PLUS but not required.
Answer and manage incoming calls
Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
Dispatch field technicians to job sites, providing necessary information and instructions
Maintain accurate records of service requests and dispatch activities
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with scheduling software
Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle high-pressure situations

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 9am to 4:30pm
