We are a small (but growing!) office who specializes in handling billing and customer service tasks for insurance agent offices.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Team Member to join our team. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will play a crucial role in handling billing accounts and providing exceptional customer service. If you have previous experience working with insurance office systems, computers, making outbound calls, and possess strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Manage billing accounts and process payments accurately and efficiently
Follow up with customers to ensure payment processing and resolve any billing issues or concerns
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications (Mandatory):
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor
Comfortable making outbound calls to customers to provide support and follow up on billing matters
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer issues
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in billing and documentation
Both full time and part time positions are available.
Qualifications (Preferred):
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a billing or account management capacity
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience working with CRM software
