Job title: Admin Office Assistant and Customer Service
The entry-level office administrative office assistant wanted to handle busy phones, front desk, and phone interactions with tenants and others: letter writing and office administrative assistant. I am able to work in a very fast-paced BUSY WLA property management office.
Full time 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday

Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
Computer knowledge/skills required (Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
Knowledge or experience with Appfolio property management is a plus
Bilingual is a plus but not required
Previous office or phone receptionist experience
Good communication skills and the ability to communicate well with others.
The job will entail:
Process Applications, writing leases, data entry
Answer phone calls and maintain professionalism during calls
Front office- communicate with customers, tenants, and clients
Appfolio Property Management Software, leasing and guest cards
Zillow updates
Ability to multitask efficiently
Positive attitude and a strong aptitude for learning
Personable, Self Starting, Energetic
Ability to work with and collaborate with others, with an "I CAN DO" attitude
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
