Property development company who specializes in building brand new homes is looking for an executive admin that is proficient with Quickbooks and has experience with Excel, including setting up spreadsheets with formulas.
An individual who has worked in the real estate or construction industry is ideal but not a must.
$25-35 an hour plus bonuses, based on experience.

Applicant must possess the following required Skills:
Proficient in Quickbooks, Excel, and some Accounting background
G-Suite experience and knowledge
Ability to multi-task
Capable of working independently and taking the initiative to get things done
Highly organized and able to prioritize work and problem solve
