Now Hiring Full or Part-Time Leasing Agent/Staff
We are seeking an engaging and energetic leasing agent that will be responsible for the leasing of apartments in the South Los Angeles and South Bay Areas in order to achieve quality maximum occupancy. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong customer mindset and commitment to the team.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Show apartments to prospective residents and showcase the advantages of our property.
Secure applications and guide applicants through each step, completing and verifying all lease applications and sharing the results with applicants.
Answer phones and follow up with call-backs.
Must keep in constant contact with Housing Assistance Programs such as Section 8 (City & County), VASH, Brilliant Corners, Upward Bound, St. Josephs', Etc. to obtain qualified tenants for upcoming vacancies.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service, presentation, and sales skills.
Must be organized, prompt, and on-time to appointments.
Must have the ability to connect with a variety of people.
Computer skills
The ability to multi-task.
Weekend work may be required.
Internet savvy.
Must have a solid and consistent work history with excellent references
Applicants must have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and automobile insurance. Only candidates currently residing in the area will be considered at this time. All applicants will be required to complete a background check.
