We are a fast-growing, high-volume food company in Costa Mesa seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager/developing GM candidate to join our team. Our woman-owned, family-style dinner service prepares delicious homestyle classics. As we expand rapidly, we need a motivated individual who is eager to grow with us.

Selected candidates will be contacted for individual phone interviews, followed potentially by an in-kitchen interview.
Schedule:
- 30+ hours per week
- Semi-flexible between 10 AM - 7 PM, Monday - Friday
Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, similar to catering/banquet, with strict deadlines.
- Strong culinary background, with experience in managing, training staff, and leadership.
- Ability to build strong relationships with the executive team and kitchen staff, and develop procedures and systems as we grow.
- Proficient in day-to-day kitchen organization: prep, scheduling, ordering, quality control, facility oversight, and health department compliance.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Long-term commitment and a desire to grow with us.
- Strong communication skills and a consistently positive attitude.
- Willingness to fill-in, in the kitchen as needed, especially during the first month.
