Promotional Marketing Company Sales Assistant
We are looking for a detail oriented, out-going person to help our promotional marketing company manage orders and customers. We sell branded products through our online stores and handle most of the product production in-house. We need someone that is comfortable working at multiple tasks throughout the day and working as a team to achieve quality customer service and keep our orders shipping on-time and clients happy. You must be very comfortable on the phone calling and speaking to customers and vendors. A positive and outgoing personality is essential.
Tasks include (but not limited to):
- Answering phones
- Replying to email inquiries
- Printing online orders
- Ordering products from vendors
- Sorting and managing product orders
- Creating FedEx/UPS shipping labels
- Calling customers for account receivables
- Calling and emailing customers for order follow-up
- Input vendor invoices into Quickbooks
- Be open to learning new tasks and willing to help wherever needed
The work hours are somewhat flexible. Our business hours are: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Fridays we close at 1pm.
We will work with the right candidate. We offer flexible hours but are looking for someone that can work at least 20-36 hours per week.
