Invoice Processing: Review, validate, and process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain positive relationships.
Expense Reports: Audit and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies.
Payment Preparation: Assist in preparing and executing payments, ensuring adherence to payment schedules.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records and files.
Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably within the software or tech industry.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and organizational skills with high accuracy in data entry.
Problem Solver: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
