Description Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our HR department as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This role primarily involves providing administrative support to the HR team while assisting in the transition from Paycom to ADP software. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in administrative functions within the HR domain, as no prior HR experience is required.Hours: Part-Time (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM)Key Responsibilities:
Software Transition Support: Assist in the transition process from Paycom to ADP software by coordinating data transfer, ensuring accuracy, and providing support to team members during the transition period.
Administrative Work: Perform general administrative tasks including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
File Management: Organize and transfer HR files, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
Clerical Assistance: Assist with various clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Monthly Email Communication: Assist in drafting and sending out monthly emails to employees regarding HR-related updates and announcements.
Excel Utilization: Utilize Excel extensively for tracking various HR-related data and generating reports as needed.
SharePoint Management: Maintain and update SharePoint documents and folders, ensuring accessibility and organization.
Meeting Support: Prepare snacks and coffee for HR meetings, ensuring a comfortable and productive meeting environment.
Resource Utilization: Proactively utilize available resources, including online platforms like YouTube, to enhance proficiency in tasks such as SharePoint management.
Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
